cup cake lovers? mau resepinya? :D

it's my 1st try bebeh!!!!!

love cupcakes????

yer..sayer sgt suker makan cupcakes!!!!!! hee ;p oleh kerana dekat bintulu takder tempat yang menjual cupcake jadi sayer telah berinisiatif untuk mencari resipi cupcake kat internet nih untuk buat cup cake..apa lagi..

malam semalam jugak sayer ajak edan gi kedai beli barang2..hehe..pas blk kedai terus buat cupcake k..huhu..tak sabar nyer pasal..

tapi cup cake yang saya buat nih tak der la chantek..sbb tak cukup alat ..;p alasan..padahal tak creative *wink*

macam patutnyer guner tray yg untuk buat cupccake so dat tak der la biler cake tu kembang nnt dia senget2..n jadi elok jer..tapi kat kedai yg ktorang g smalam tak jual lak tray tuh..so gamble jer lah tak guner tray tu..guner tray biaser jer..habis!!..macam2 bentuk dah cupcake tuh..bujur lah..senget lah..ader a few jer yg chentek bentuk dea..huhu

tgk la tuh..macam2 bentuk ada..hahah!! buruk perangai..

yang penting..raser dea mmg best..hihi..

and i loike da color for the topping veery muach!!!!!!! sgt macam play doh kan?hehehe

nyum2...dalam peti ader lagi nih..saper nak?hehe...

owh!!!! luper lak caner nak cakap resepi tuk frosting butter cream vanilla cupcake nih..the ingredients are......:

Basic Vanilla Cup Cake Recipe

Ingredients
5 oz (150g) Butter - softened
5 oz (150g) superfine (castor) sugar
6 oz (175g) self-raising flour
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350oF (180oC).
2. Line a 12 cup cake pan, with cup cake papers.
3. Crack the eggs into a cup and beat lightly with a fork.
4. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.
5. Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes, until light and creamy.
6. Divide the mixture evenly between the cake cases.
7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until risen and firm to touch.
8. Allow to cool for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
9. Allow to cool fully before icing.



Butter Cream Frosting

Ingredients
5 oz (150g) Butter - softened
8 oz (250g) confectioners (icing) sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp hot water
Method
1. Beat together the butter and sugar with an electric beater.
2. Once well combined, add the vanilla and water. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Notes
Makes 12 cakes.

    Kalu ko nak bentuk dia cantik walaupun tak de tray, paper cup tu lapis byk2, kasi tebal sikit, baru bentuk dia bulat cantik. Cantik le cupcake ko! lawan tokey ni!
